Workington Zebras registered their first victory since Mid-September to finally end their losing run by hammering Windermere 40 - 12 at The Ellis.
Despite the wet and windy conditions, Workington managed to deliver six tries with Rob Scott turning in a man of the match performance, adding a couple to make it nine for the season so far, with other tries coming from Rhys Burr, Scott Faulkner, Pete Fearon and Devlin Clarke as well as five conversions from John McCrickerd.
The victory lifts Workington up to 11th in Cumbria League & after a week's break, they will hope to build on this when they travel to play Keswick 2nds on 2nd December.
