The Zebras are on the road this weekend for a fixture against Creighton. This is a must win encounter for both teams, and, a win will definitely kick-start the Counties 2 season for either team. The Zebras have had a very low key start to the start, falling to Keswick and Millom, with both games being error strewn. The continued absence of inspirational captain, Scott Faulkner, has had an impact on the side. Tom Smith, who is captaining the side in Scott's absence, has the envious task of leading the troops into battle once again. The Zebras have shown that they are a side capable of playing an attractive, free flowing brand and physical brand of rugby. They should walk away with the win should they click as a unit. The work has been in during practice this week, and, it's time for that hardwork to reflect on the paddock.
The Finches are also on the road this weekend. Best of luck ladies and bring the win back home. The U12/U11 team will be taking part in a festival at Whitehaven Rugby Club.
