Workington travel to Fleetwood this week and are looking to make amends for a disapointing defeat at St benedicts last week
A number of changes have been made to the team that lost last week. Jamie Dunn starts in the front row and John Chisnall makes his first appearnce at stand off. Chris Davidson returns from injury and starts at centre. While Martin Armstrong also returns although starts on the bench.
