Workington Finches got back on the victory trail in North 2 West with a comprehensive 43 - 5 hammering at relegation threatened Oldham

It was a brilliant all round performance from the Finches, with two tries from Lauren Coulson - her first tries of 2020 and 13 for the season so far - along with a penalty try as well as one each from captain Charlotte Cammack, Rachael Cairns, Danielle Easdon and Jodie Morley with
her maiden try. Nicole Stewart added three conversions while Hannah Kelly was the latest Finches debutant and she delivered a measured, assured performance.

With results elsewhere going their way, the Finches move up to fourth in the table and although that elusive Championship is out of reach, a third successive top three finish is still a worthy target, especially with two of their three remaining fixtures at The Ellis.
